Our mobile homes are minutes from Lake Texoma and our boathouses.  The mobile homes themselves can be bought by contacting Mill Creek Resort and Marina. The monthly rent on the lots are $265.00 a month. This includes garbage. Water is metered and is billed out monthly. Customer is responsible for the utilites.

These mobile homes are not intended for permanent residence. They are to be used for vacations or weekend getaways only.
